Shafer (Factoryville, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Kern and David Huw Kern; her husband Robert Shafer; her sister Abigail Kern; her brother-in-law Frank Shafer (Alta); and her niece Erika Krock (Tom).
