She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bryan and Vivian Bryan (McQuigan); and her husband Richard Bowman. She is survived by: her children, Edward Bowman (Donna) of Fairfield, PA and Lisa Milbach of Indian Trail, NC; her sister Vivian Nauser (Donald) of Huntingtown, MD; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gato, Kathleen Harbaugh, Seth and Alissa Milbach; and her great grandchild Luna Gato.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to Daughters of Charity, 331 S. Seton Ave., Emmitsburg, MD 21727.
