He was predeceased by: his father Hugh David Chisholm, Sr.; and his brother Hugh David Chisholm, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Taylor Chisholm of Fairfield, PA.; his children, Amanda M. Stanley (Chris) of Falling Waters, WV and Devon Kuhn of Emmitsburg; his fiancée Tina Kuhn of Emmitsburg; his grandchildren, Brian Kuhn, Carson Stanley, Lucas Kuhn and Sophia Stanley; his nephews, Justin, Matthew and Ryan; and his niece Brittany. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
