He is survived by: his parents, Donald Andrews and Dorothy Reese Biser; his children, Shawn Biser (Cassandra) of Littlestown, PA, Christina Sepulveda of York, PA and Caitlin Reese of Waynesboro, PA; his brother Donny Ray Andrews of Gettysburg, PA; and his half-sister Cheryl Santana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
