She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Holtzapple and Clover Holtzapple. She is survived by: her children, Scott Hay of New Windsor and Heather Hay (Jerry Gates) of Waynesboro, PA; her grandchildren, Brad Kreimer, Hannah, Nicole Kreimer, Joe "Bubba" Hay and Luke Etzler; her great grandchild Cameron Kreimer; and her cousin Grace Wellman (Phil).
