He is survived by: his wife Laura L Scudder of Fairfield; his siblings, Peter A. Muschamp and Marie Louise Hollabaugh of New Oxford, PA; his nephews, James Hollabaugh and David Hollabaugh; and his half-brother Robert Muschamp of Falls Church, VA..
