We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2021, at the age of 78, Lora Mae Shaffer of Fairfield, Pennsylvania, born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James "Mick" Shaffer; and her daughter Tenia Robin Shaffer. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michaela and Wyatt Shorb; and her children, James G. Shaffer (Jill) of Fairfield, Tammy Joiner (George) of Orrtanna, Carolyn Thomas (James) of Gettysburg, Crystal Moore (Jeffrey) and April Shorb (Gary, Jr.) of Fairfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
