Mike Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike Smith of Fairfield, Pennsylvania, born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oliver and Catherine Cecilia Smith (Chase); his wife Robbin "Lisa" Smith (Moore); and his brother Oliver Wendell Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Walker (Michael) of Waynesboro, PA and Jessica Smith of New Oxford, PA; his siblings, Debbie Smith of Emmitsburg and Charles "Charlie" Smith of Gettysburg, PA; his nephew Michael "Burdie" Smith (Cari Ellen) of Emmitsburg; and his grandchildren, Caitlin and Ethan. He is also survived by several other nephews and nieces.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private funeral service for family members will be held at 1:00 p. m. on Friday. Burial will also be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1004 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
