He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Strayer and Mary Strayer (Sanders); his wife Helen J. Strayer (Wagaman); and his sister Nadine Sanders. He is survived by: his children, Francis E. Strayer (Pat) of Fairfield, PA, Faye M. (Seiss) and Ronald E. Strayer (Susie) of Fairfield, PA; his grandchildren, Holly, Roxane, Jefferey, Stacey and Troy; his great grandchildren, Brandy, Kyle, Taylor, Logan, Giovanni, Carmela and Damon; and his great great grandchildren, Austin, Faith, Caleb and Caylee.
