He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis C. Jr. and Naomi Soltys. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Mandy), Crystal and Jarrod (Krista); his grandchildren, Zachary, Francis, Annabel, Ariel, Delaine and Aleigha; and his siblings, Francis C. Soltys III (Patricia) and Carol Slakoper (Matthew). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
John's family urges that please, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to Abramson Cancer Center.
