She was predeceased by: her spouse Eugene. She is survived by: her children, Lissa Gene Turk (Frank), Richard J. Lanza (Maria) and Mark A. Lanza (Robin); her grandchildren, Christopher F. Turk (Lauren), Andrew J. Turk (Lindsay), Nicole Lanza, Richard J. Lanza Jr. (Nikki), Lauren Hammond (Brian) and Patrick Lanza; her great grandchildren, Annabella Juliet, Victoria Lynn, Lianna Gene, Richard Daniel, Dominic John and Claire Juliet; and her sibling Betty Lou Nichols.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Juliet's name may be made to Saint Frances Cabrini Church at the above address.
