She was predeceased by: her parent Helen Ziolkowski (Dzienkiewicz); and her siblings, Edward, John, Joseph, Walter, Lucille Ziolkowski, Genevieve Mankovich and Cecilia Yuhaze.
She is survived by: her parent Joseph Ziolkowski; her spouse James S. Bullaro; her daughter Frances Bentivogli (Bunny) of Morrisville, PA; her son-in-law Ronald Bentivogli of Morrisville, PA; her son James P. Bullaro of Brick, N. J; her granddaughters, Stacey Acevedo (Orlando), Lori Dzubrik (Andrew), Jamie Pelose (Michael), Jenna Mason (Matthew), Lori Bentivogli and Lisa Moore (James); her brother Theodore (Joan Ziolkowski); and her siblings-in-law, Rita Bullaro and John Owens.
