She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Desko and Ethel M. Desko (Petri); and her husband John A. Charters. She is survived by: her children, Leslie A. Shellenbarger (Ralph) of Randolph, NY, Douglas S. Charters (Diana) of Pierpont, OH and Scott M. Charters; her siblings, Margaret M. Neckel (late Paul) of Fairview and James Desko (late Mary) of Ottawa Lake, MI; her sister-in-law Barbara (late Michael Desko) of Erie; her grandchildren, Czarina, Paul, Courtney Palmer (John), Brent, Joseph and Alexis; and her great grandchildren, Josselyn, Matthew, Logan and Michael. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
