She was predeceased by: her parents, Generoso D'Onofrio and Ammarilla D'Onofrio (Vorse); her son Johnnie; her husband Donald A. Butts; her siblings, Howard D'Onofrio and Connie Nesselhauf; and her son-in-law Michael Loeslein.
She is survived by: her son James Butts of Fairview; her grandchildren, Ashley and Dawson; her daughter Melanie Osban (Loren) of Cheyenne, WY.; her stepdaughter Colleen Loeslein of Fairview; her grandchildren, Michael, Robin (Tristan), Sandra L. Venable (Scott) of Columbus, Don, Kyle of Ohio, Kathryn Torok (Joseph) of Erie, Jaime, Joseph and Tracy La Roche (Mary) of Parsonsville, ME.; and her great grandchild Nolan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
