He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh D. Carr and Helen K. Carr (Snow); and his siblings, Harry, Gayle, Norman Carr, Shirley Stevens, Alice Fouts, Elaine Beery, Barbara Burt and Jean Hagerty.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beaver (Ray) of Brison City, NC, Dennis Carr (Cynthia) of East Springfield, PA and Darrell Carr of East Springfield, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
