He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Noel Kuschke; his children, William (Sheila), Karen Bauer (Jim), Kenneth (Mary), Kimberly (Bruce Beck), Kathy and Keith; his siblings, Barry, Elinor Morris, Robert, Chris, Charles and Beverly Billings; and also Carole. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, along. with many stepchildren and step- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Erie County SPCA.
