He was predeceased by : his parent Daniel C.. He is survived by : his parent Mabel Jane Barrick (Newesbaum); his spouse Donna M. Waters (Jayne); his children, Edna Bopst of Hampstead, MD and Leroy "Joe"; his wife Debbie; and also, Chambersburg, Diane Spires (Timothy), Lehigh, Penny Brown, Fannettsburg, Dorothy Blackstone (Jeff), Breezewood Waters and James Waters.
