With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary J. Junkins of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, born in Mont Alto, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar "Flick" Nunemaker and Ardella Nunemaker (Strayer); her siblings, Charlotte Mae Adolini, Edith "Peg" Jones, Jean Morgan, Bettie Reed, Oscar Emory Nunemaker, John Nunemaker, Edward Nunemaker and James Nunemaker; and her son-in-law Terry Garrett.
She is survived by : her daughters, Marsha A. Garrett of Waynesboro, PA and Karen A. Rivera of New Oxford, PA; her granddaughter Nadia Benson (Colby) of Mont Alto; her sons, Dennis E. Junkins (Glenda) of Hinesville, GA, Timothy B. Junkins (Tammy) of New Oxford, PA and David L. Junkins (Marty) of New Oxford, PA; and her siblings, Sally Peck of Marion, PA, Nancy Showalter of Fayetteville, PA and William Nunemaker (Janet) of Waynesboro, PA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
