He was predeceased by: his parent Walter DePuy, Sr.; his son Michael Allen; and his siblings, Alan DePuy and Rita Willever. He is survived by: his parent Edith (Brands); his wife Sandra DePuy of Fayetteville, PA; his daughter Jacqueline Banahan (Bill); and his sister Shirley Lewis. He is also survived by husband, father and brother.
