She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Perkins, Sr.; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Kelly Macias; her stepchildren, Lonnie Perkins, Jr. and Lindsay Perkins; her parents, John Whitehead and Mary Whitehead; her grandchildren, Nash, Lonnie, III, Jianna, Jayla and Giabella; and her siblings, Deborah Spiropoulos, Carolyn Gavaghan (Frank) and John Whitehead (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
