He was predeceased by: his sibling Ann Hackinson. He is survived by: his child Andrea Hoffman; his siblings, Helen Liker, Paul Kubis, Evelyn Exler, Mary Jane Piccalo and Mildred Linike; his grandchildren, Andrew Hoffman and Michelle Crousey (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Arabella and Lincoln.
