She is survived by: her children, Charles Levers of Tennessee, Stephen Levers of Nottingham Township, Donald Levers of Nottingham Township and Sally Hay (Arthur) of Washington; her siblings, Jeffrey Blakeslee (Jo Elaine) of Claysville, Ruthellen Lechner of Ohio, Treva Spence (Danny) of Washington and Nancy Alcott of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Michael, Billy, Johnathan, Autumn, Bethany, Miranda, Don, Justin, Kylie and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Isaac, Lucas and Jacob; and her close friend Dirk Reed.
