She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kriston and Rozili Kriston (Radakovich); her husband John Chornak, Jr.; her daughter Rosanne Lyle; her son-in-law James W. Lyle; and her siblings, Richard, Oliver, Michael Kriston, Dolores Yates, Zita Kriston and Elizabeth Gurofsky.
She is survived by: her son John M. Chornak III of Finleyville; her grandchildren, John IV Chornak (Michelle), Anna Marie Chornak, Jordan M. Chornak (Christy), Jenna M. Chornak, James R. Lyle (Courtney), William M. Lyle (Dana Katz) and Patrick J. Lyle (Jeralyn Baker); and her brothers, Stephen Kriston (Linda), Lee Kriston (Andrea) of Forward Twp and Gary Kriston of Baldwin Twp. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
