He is survived by : his mother Nancy Rafter; his siblings, John "Trav" Rafter (Judy) and Michele Rafter; his nephews, Brian (Amanda), Kevin and Joey; his niece Simone; and his child Broad Street Philadelphia. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
