He is survived by : his wife Donna Lynn Theveny (Johnsen); his sons, John W Theveny, Jr, Jacob Theveny (Meagan), Joseph Theveny, Steven Theveny (Deanna) and David Theveny (Ashley); his sisters, Sally Ann Thomas and Patricia Kane; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Harper, Jaxon Theveny and Adeline Tafoya.
