She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul A. Burkett, Sr. and Mary E. Burkett (Johns); and her brothers, Paul, Jr. and Lloyd G. Burkett. She is survived by : her brothers, Floyd Burkett (Robin) of Ford City and Thomas Burkett (Glenda) of South Carolina; her close friend DJ Zanetti of Ford City; her nephews, Andrew Burkett of Ford City, Joshua Crawford of Ford City and David Crawford of Pittsburgh; her niece Katelyn Burkett of Manorville; and her great-nephew Degan Crawford of Ford City.
