He is survived by: his wife Donna Knudsen (Wright); his daughters, Allison Y. Willyard of Ford City, Terry Umbaugh of Ford City, Fonda G. Trudgen of Ford City and Cassandra L. Cox (Randy) of Ford City; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Willyard (Brittany), Brett Willyard (Jeannie), Morgan Gray (Kegan) and Quincey Trudgen. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
