She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Zaborowski, Joseph Zaborowski, Florence Rosencrance and Delbert Rosencrance. She is survived by: her parents, Donald and Dutch; her children, Anna Cooper (John Morris) of Kittanning, Sage Slagle (Amanda) of Kittanning and Abigail Kilgore of Ford City; her husband David Klukan of Ford City; her children, Christopher Klukan (Missy), Tyson Klukan of Ford City and Krista Klukan of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Brandon, Jacob, Leanne Cooper, Carlie Urmann, Sopia and Christopher Klukan; and her siblings, Thomas Rosencrance (Adele) of Kittanning, Jake Rosencrance (Belinda) of Dayton, Michael Rosencrance of Kittanning and Deanna Marks (Scott) of Kittanning. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made at the Celebration of Life remembrance dinner at the fire hall.
