He was predeceased by : his parents, Irvin R. Clark and Grace L. Archer Clark; his wife Freda Mae Peppler Clark; and his siblings, Irvin R. Clark, Alton J. Clark, Frank, Edward Clark, Clara Belle Sinn, Ada Hogue, Wanda Ervin and Gladys Horton.

He is survived by : his children, Brenda Patron of Lexington, Russell L. Clark (Barb Potts) of Ford City and Randall D. Clark (Carol) of Ford City; and his sister Veda J. Heckman of Shelocta. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
