With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph M. Szalankiewicz Jr. of Ford Cliff, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 73. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (1032 4th Ave, Ford City, PA 16226). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
