She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace E. Burns and Evelyn Burns; her husband Arthur J. Haynes; and her brother Wallace E. Burns Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Desmond, Mary Corey Jr., Virginia and Tobin Crawford; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Jasimine Clapper, Alyssa Corey, Shawney, Anthony Sirianni, Victoria Corey, Joseph, Cirsten Matoushek, Timothy, Jamie Haynes, Dylan and Cassandra Haynes. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
