He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmund Fotusky and Helen Slick Fotusky; and his brother Charles Mark Fotusky. He is survived by : his sons, Mark Fotusky (Jessica) and Brian Fotusky; his stepchildren, Scott Bartholomew and Maria Chambers (Eugene); his grandchildren, Raechal Siegel (Alex) and Corey Fotusky; and his friend Cindy Smith. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
