He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Nadzak and Frances Nash Nadzak. He is survived by : his former life partner Carol; his children, Kenny (Jen) and Cheryl (David); his stepson Mike (Jung); his stepgrandchild Hanna; and his granddaughter Waverly Clara Nadzak.
