It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Braegen Alexander Moffo (Forks Township, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 29, 2019, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Harold Freeman; and his uncle Jeffery Moffo. He is survived by: his parents, Gary T. Moffo and Merry L. Moffo (Freeman) of Forks Township; his siblings, Tyler Moffo of Kutztown, Riley Moffo of Forks Township and Emma Moffo of Forks Township; and his grandparents, George Jr., Marleen "Judi" Moffo (Foose) of Forks Township and Sue Freeman (Kinney) of Easton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, including an uncle.
