He is survived by : his mother Dolores Ciba (Milchak); his wife Elaine (Zmuda); his daughters, Steffanie Steffanson (Kevin) of Easton and Valerie Ciba of Easton; his sister Maryanne Brewster (Alan); his sister-in-law Joanne Ouellet Ciba; and his granddaughter Violet Steffanson.
