She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl L. Kadtke and Jennie N. Kadtke (Vorbleski); her husband Edward; her daughter Deidre A. Phillips; her son-in-law Reggie L. Phillips; her brother Carl F. Kadtke; her brother-in-law Harold Heintzelman; and her nephew Brian Von Kadtke.

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Kim; her son Edward J. "E. J."; her grandsons, Jarret J. Albert of Hanover Township and Jeffrey J. Albert of Hanover Township; her sister Joan M. Heintzelman; and her nephew Carl Von Kadtke.

An ardent supporter of the American Cancer Society, Delores wanted to do more on the local level, leading her to become a founding member of the "Spark of Life" cancer organization, holding many posts within the organization over the years.
