She was predeceased by : her parents, Anna Mae Evans (Nafus) and John Evans; her aunt Charlotte Thomas; and her siblings, Carol Pellam and Charles Pellam III.

She is survived by : her daughters, Holly Baughn (Evans) and April Deuel; her son-in-law Patrick; her grandchildren, Timothy, Piper and Hawthorne; and her siblings, Cherie, Cynthia, Christine and Carl (Janice).
