With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Sieminski of Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, born in Fort Benning, Georgia, who passed away on October 28, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Casimir Sieminski and Hedwig Sieminski; his sister Mia Sieminski; and his brother-in-law William Devens. He is survived by : his wife Donna Sieminski (Devens); his son David (Jennifer); his grandsons, Elias and Benjamin; his daughter Laura (Donald Smith); his grandsons, Hollis and Jack; his daughter Kathryn (James Powderly); his parents-in-law, Bruce Summers and Joan Devens; and his nieces, Carol Summers and Kristi LaVorgna (Devens).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Wilkes-Barre YMCA, Holy Trinity Lutheran church, or the charity of one's choice.
