He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Wallace and Marjorie Wallace of Luzerne; his wife Judy Wallace; and his siblings, Elizabeth Espinos, Louis, Vincent, Melvin and John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Wallace (Kate Higgins), Karen Burns (Kevin) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kelly Menn (Rob) and Lori McGovern; his grandchildren, Jenna Burns, Rob, Sara Menn, Darian, Johnna McGovern and Leroy; and his sisters, Laura Lanyon, Midge Wallace and Agnes Glodek. He is also survived by his brothers, brothers-in law and nephews.
