She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Repak; and her siblings, Michael, Frank, John, Peter, Joseph, Adam, Deacon Andrew Repak, Julia Matusavage, Helen Volack, Josephine Chupka, Margaret Mandell, Mary Brenkus Guziejka, Eva Kinzey and Anna Mae Lauro.
She is survived by: her parent Julia Kandrovy Repak; her husbands, Andy and Andrew; her sister Eleanor Ondish (Richard); her sisters-in-law, Geraldine "Gerry" Selensky Rish, Swoyersville Colondo and Anna Mae Selensky Colondo; and her niece Barbara Broussard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
