He was predeceased by: his nephew John Lutz Jr.; and his great-niece Traci Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Vera Blackwell (Spotts); his sons, Eugene Blackwell II (Kathleen) of Frackville, Eric Blackwell (Michelle) of Paxinos and Alex Blackwell (Nicki) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, E. J., Madison, Aidan and Manny; his siblings, Betty Lutz of Fairless Hills and Raymond Blackwell Jr of Texas; and his nephews, Ray Blackwell III, Randy Blackwell, Scott Lutz and Todd Lutz.
