He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Blackwell and Elizabeth Blackwell (Harding); his wife Jeanne Blackwell (Yeager); his son Randy S. Blackwell; his daughter-in-law Leslye Blackwell; and his granddaughter Tracey Amber Blackwell.
He is survived by: his son Raymond C. Blackwell III (Elaine) of Longview, Texas; his sister Betty Lutz; his grandchildren, Bethany, Nicole, Joshua and Aaron Blackwell; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Jacob, Ryan, Chase and Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Frackville, PA 17931). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Odd Fellows Cemetery - Frackville (Morea Rd, Frackville, PA 17931).
