It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Louise Meminger Bower of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Grove City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Brooks Meminger and William Clarence Meminger; and her granddaughter Mary Elisabeth Eagle. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Allport (Gene) of Nottingham, PA, Jayne Bower (Eric Thorp) of Pittsburgh, PA, Mari Bower (John Violette) of Los Angeles, CA and Sara DeLucia (Joe) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and her grandchildren, Seth Allport, Hayley Allport, Grace Eagle, Charlotte Violette, Sadie DeLucia, Louis DeLucia and Jesse DeLucia.
