We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2022, at the age of 55, Dale Edward Kightlinger Jr. of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dale Sr. and Patricia Ann Beatty Kightlinger; and his daughter Peggy S. Kightlinger. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla M. Kightlinger and Samantha D. Kightlinger; his stepson Timothy P. Radabaugh Jr. of Oil City; his grandchildren, Shenee Kightlinger, Amora Davis and Bristol Dombroski; and his siblings, David, Thomas Kightlinger, Margaret "Peggy" Peterson, Beth Boal and Emily Beach. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
