She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hoover and Marilyn Felmlee Hoover; her close friend Keith Boyd; and her siblings, Donald Hoover, Dolly Hoover, Dave Hoover, Deanna Hoover, Dallas Hoover and Debra Poston.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kelly of Oil City, Amy Kelly of Utica and Sara McGinnis of Tionesta; her grandchildren, Alexis, TJ, Micah, Courtney, Rashell, Ryan, George Jr., Jacob, Hayden, Kory, Nathan, Danny, Shaylee, Kya and Richard; and her sister Donna Shook (Keith) of Franklin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
