It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garrett W. Miller of Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert M. Miller and Louise J. Miller (Ayres); his brothers, Thomas A. Miller and James C. Miller; his parents-in-law, Frank J. and Elnora A. Baker; his brother-in-law Lester E. Baker; and his pet Tukist.
He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Baker; his son Austin Miller (Laura) of Vowinckel, PA; his stepchildren, Bruce A. Woods (Carol) of Franklin, Debra Woods of Franklin and Robin R. Nelson of Franklin; his grandchildren, Sophia V. Miller of Vowinckel, Audrey Miller of Vowinckel, Zachariah Miller of Vowinckel, Emelia Miller of Vowinckel and Samuel Miller of Vowinckel; his sisters, Mildred "Abbie" Miller and Sherrie Miller; his stepgrandchildren, James A. Woods of Wisconsin, Christopher A. Woods of Franklin, Rebecca A. Woods of Franklin, Zoey Lynn Woods of Franklin, Gunner M. Woods of Franklin, Collyn M. Sigler of Franklin, Katheryn R. Gough of Franklin, Sadie L. Mietus of Franklin, Robert Hale (Christian Stevenson) of Franklin, Kurtland Rumbaugh of Oil City and Justin Miller of Strattanville; and his siblings' children, Crystal R. Miller of Strattanville and Ken Miller of Grove City. He is also survived by his nine step-great-grandchildren.
The funeral home will have social distancing protocols in place and strongly recommends those who are attending to wear masks.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to honor Garrett to their own churches; and/or to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
