With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane McElhattan of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2021 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McElhattan and Betty McElhattan; her sister June Hetrick; and her nephew T. J. Hetrick. She is survived by: her sisters, Kay Tansey of Roanoke, VA, Sally Knipp (James) of Pittsburgh, PA and Sue Griffen (David) of Springfield, IL.; and her brother-in-law Dennis Hetrick of Clarion, PA. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and nineteen great nieces and nephews.
