He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tom, Bob, Henry Spencer and Sharon; and his sister-in-law Beverly Spencer.

He is survived by: his children, April Davis (Gregory) of Emmaus, Kenny Spencer of Franklindale, Roger Spencer (Dawn) of New Holland and Timothy Spencer of Franklindale; his brother Joe Spencer (Janice) of Rochester, NY; his sisters-in-law, Evie Spencer of Honeybrook, Lynn Spencer of Brockport, NY and Donna Spencer of Hilton, NY; and also Jean Spencer of Franklindale. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, cousins and numerous close friends.
