It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Strawbridge in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Griffen and Anna Griffen (Hexamer); her husband Burton O. Strawbridge; and her siblings, Nelson Griffen and Jane Griffen.
She is survived by: her children, John Strawbridge (Kriste) of Franklin, PA, Michael Strawbridge (Debra) of Gaithersburg, MD, David Strawbridge (Irene) of Bel Air, MD, Dana Strawbridge (Cindy) of Bloomsburg, PA, Susan Betz (David) of Franklin, PA and Krista Cloonan (Joseph) of Franklin, PA; and her siblings, Paul Griffen (Margy) of Franklin, PA, Joyce Dykins (Ted) of Winchester, TN and Martha Atwell of Brockport, PA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
