She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Monarch; her siblings, Francis "Chick" Monarch and Albina Mulholland; and her children-in-law, Dave McElhattan and Tami Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Martin (Bill) of Franklin, Shelley Sehman (Larry) of Franklin, Tim Snyder (Kim Krepp) of Franklin and Mark Snyder of Youngstown, OH; her grandchildren, Daniel Martin (Amantha) of Ohio, Dustin McElhattan (Joanna) of Franklin, Jessica Landis (Dan) of Rhode Island, Alexa Martin (Levi Bell) of Franklin, Matt Snyder of Oil City and Jamie Snyder of Franklin; her great grandchildren, Ava Villar, Aurora Bell and Rose Martin; and her sister Shirley Morrison of Ohio.
